Who We Are

Concepts In Care was developed by and is owned by nurse operator owners, giving us a unique perspective into assisting the whole client to produce better outcomes at home. With over 50 years’ experience and 30 years within the industry of home care, we have you covered!

Our trained and qualified Care Coordinator meets with each client prior to service to create a unique care plan.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Our caregivers are carefully screened to determine competency as well as safety. This process includes a background investigation completed with finger printing. All caregivers must have CPR and First Aid certifications and complete an annual TB screening. Continuing education and training is also required of our caregivers.

STAFF

In addition to our caregivers, Concepts in Care also has well trained and friendly office care coordinators. Our care coordinators take pride in providing a compatible match of client and service provider by thoroughly assessing the needs and skills of each. Our care coordinators work closely with our clients and their families to ensure maximum satisfaction and care.

Our Rates

  • $20-23/hr (0-25 hours per week)

  • $18-22/hr (25+ hours per week)

  • $180-$250.00 per day for live in care
  • 1 hour minimum number of hours required
  • No holiday or weekend differential
  • Discounts for two persons in same household
